August 28th - Trinidadian Gayle Henry, a Canada-based researcher,
children's writer, teacher will share her new work 'Grandpa and Me'
with children at the Carnegie Free Library, San Fernando. Programme
begins at 10:00 a.m. and all are invited.

So is what allyuh doing for de Independence Day? Tantie go be down
in the parade fuh sure.. and den at de fireworks later. Tantie eh
missing dat! Is 38 years we celebrating, oui .. plenty more runs
dan some ah we cricket boys. Dem better buckle down to some
serious cricket dis weekend, odderwise Tantie go get sheself on
a plane and hold a big stick over dem. But at leas' dem Guyanese
