Merchant Ivory Casting Call:
Tuesday 19th - Auditions from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. for the Merchant
Ivory film production of V.S. Naipaul's classic, The Mystic Masseur.
Auditions will be held at the Little Carib Theatre, cor. Roberts and
White Streets, Woodbrook. Interested persons walk with a short
biography and photograph.

dese days like Tantie, an' ah jes want to tell allyuh to be careful
on de roads and dem. Is true dat all dem recently get pave over,
but dat doh mean we have to get orn like leh-go-beast when we get
behind de wheel.

... an' since all ah we go be bussin' up we ham and turkey and pigeon
peas dis time next week, Tantie know dat allyuh eh go ha' no time to
be reading Trinidiary when all de family in de place and de presents
and dem passing. So dis is de last issue before Christmas and
