"A World of Opportunity" for artists to creatively express their
perception and interpretation of the link between population
issues and development. Artist categories by age groups:
6-8; 9-12; 13-15; 16-18 and 19+

Toco "development"?:
Not just a ferry.... Calling all Trinbagonians! Concerned Citizens
of Toco held a meeting last Saturday July 8th at the Toco Anglican
Church to discuss the proposed development of a major commercial
port in Toco (cruise ships, marina, oil terminal etc.)
