INVEST IN GRENADA FOREIGN
investors, including Trinidadians, can invest in real estate in Grenada
though a permit is required. The permit, known as
an Alien Landholding Licence, involves a payment of an Aliens'
Landholding Tax. This is about 10 per cent of the selling price. The
asking price for land in the residential developments range from
US$2.25 to US$5.50 a square foot. These prices are dependent
on the proximity to the beach front. (tha's
de only place to buy !! On de beach)
