TANTIE TALK:
It real nice to hear from allyuh chirren overseas. Ah glad ah does
bring back some nice memories of how tings used to be. It really not
very nice at all dese days. It wasn't so long ago, we was getting
endless preaching of "National Unity". Now de selfsame people - all 3
both ah dem - at each odder throat and anybody else who even tink to
look in dey direction. It only have one setta talk bout race and all
kinda nonsense cropping up. And not only here! De same bacchanal
going orn wid we cousin and dem in Guyana. Yuh know how dey does be
when election time come round. Ah jes hope dey settle demselves
quick, because ah does like to go and tek a lil lime down dey in de
Mudland from time to time.

More dotishness.. de police in Barbados wid de university students!
What jail is dis? Dey not only rough up de students and arrest ah
setta dem, but dey rest hand orn and raff de wife ah de St. Lucia
Prime Minister, who was only trying to mek sure tings didn't get
outta hand! I doh know.. I really don know! De way how we going
dese days, we go end up jes like dem people we does be seeing 'pon de
news. Macedonia have ah setta shooting up going on. Doh talk bout
Israel and de Palestinians...

What ah cyar understand is eef Fidel could sit down in Havana wid de
selfsame people whey try to tek he out in de Bay of Pigs and de setta
assassination attempt, including de CIA men who did organise all de
ting... And dem could be civil and talk to each odder and see whey
everybody was wrong... Is what wrong wid de rest ah we?
