TANTIE TALK:
Tantie have a real serious talk to talk today. No, is not about dem jokers trying to play politics or any of the 'in yuh face crime' we
seeing all over we land these days, it more insidious than that. What I talking about is computer viruses.
Why I talking about viruses? Well it have a new one hitting hard these days called "Klez". All over the world it infecting people machine, but
why Tantie real concerned is because of how de damn thing does wuk. It seem to have built in 'social engineering'...what is dat yuh asking, well
hold strain, I go tell yuh. What dat fancy phrase mean is dat de thing does fool yuh into believing it is a genuine email from somebody yuh know
and trust...like yuh dear Tantie. Yesterday Tantie get about 6 email wid de virus, normally I wouldn' take it orn too much because Tantie does
keep de anti-virus sorfwares up-to-date regularly (every morning as I goes online, Tantie does check to see if it have any updates...I doh make joke
wid dat at all, at all, at all!). Anyways, what had mih lil worried was couple of de email suggest dat dey did come FROM me! Dey did claim to be
'undeliverable' to de email address, and here is where dey did try to get smart and de social engineering did come into play, went on to add 'the
attached file is the original email'. Now Tantie been playing wid email and computer jes a lil too long to get ketch wid dat, but I could see how
somebody could get ketch unawares. And, to top it off, last night I did get email from one of allyuh readers, asking if I did send dem a blank
email about a 'new game'! Dat did really get mih tisic, because de damn thing using mih name for its nefarious purposes! It does change de 'From:'
field in de email to any email address it find on de infected computer, so yuh could imagine how many people it could get off jes one machine!
So, now allyuh know jes like in 'real life' if yuh doh know nutting about where de thing come from and who it did what wid, yuh had better be safe
than sorry so yuh practice Safe Sex...in de computer world make sure yuh not only have anti-virus sorfware on yuh machine(s), but make sure dat
it up-to-date all de time and yuh go be practising Safe Hex.

I wish I had seen that rainbow too! You are right ! The Rain always set up here like if it vex and fuh
tooooooooooooo long but at least it freezes sometimes and we have nice soft snow.
