Well dey get a second chance, Pantrinbago dat is, to see if dey could really make dey Panyard Concert thing work. Pan in the 21st Century
dis year couldn' fit in de short season, so dey having it now...allyuh realise is dis selfsame event dat did bring in Panyard Judging when it
did start 'back' in 20th Century - 1999 to be exact?
Even though we did have de same format for Panorama dis year, it didn' go down as nice as it could have. De masses an dem did jam down de
panyards in a big rush when dey feel de judges was dere, instead of taking in de pan nice and easy before coasting along to de nex
panyard. I only hoping dat we people take de time to do it right dis time and head out to de panyards BEFORE de scheduled JUDGING time so dey could
hear some pan, and take time to support de pansides by patronising dey bar and other
merchandise. And is to hope dat de pansides prepare demselves properly for de public. Yuh know is not everybody dat go fit
in de panyard, so why not make sure yuh bar could serve de people standing outside listening? It real hard to have to go across de
panyard to de bar and den have to try and squeeze through de crowd taking in dey pan with 2-3 beer and bake & shark in yuh hand!
On a nex note, International Women's day come and gone, but is like de message ent get through at all...is what kinda society we really living
in when nearly every day is a nex murder (mainly domestic violence) dat happen? We not taking we selves seriously, and de leaders of society ent
helping at all. We was seemingly going nice wid de last Govt, even though
plenty things was looking lil strange, but now dem gone yuh has to wonder what else it is dey did do 'for' we when dey was in office. All de talk
about school and water for all sounding dese days like it really was "school (money) and
water (money) for all (we people)". Imagine dey put a school on top of a site dat everybody could see jes didn' make sense - fuh
one it on top of a fault line so if a earthquake come, all fall down. Nex thing is where de fault is have one setta gas dat doesn' do nice thing to
living things, but dey did feel dat is alright, because de chirren woulda only be dere a 'couple hours a day'...true, but is nearly every day dat dey
woulda be dere! Is what really wrong wid dese people at all, dey cyant even understand dat de chirren health MUS be more important than yuh
family/fren/pardner/supporter/whatever making money?
Money is not de most important thing in dis world...it only seem so because yuh could exchange it for things yuh want. But no matter how much
yuh have it cyant fix yuh back de way God did make yuh, it cyant bring back yuh mother, father, sister, brother, son or daughter when dey dead and even
if yuh is a king or have more money than Bill Gates, yuh go be jes like de rest of we when yuh dead - and yuh ent go have no use for de money.
