events wid actual (fuh de moment at least) dates an' prices so de people could sell packages to de tourii an' dem?

Any would-be trainee-reporter no matter how bad, could handle dat task de 2nd day on de job, but dat ent good enough fuh we, at all...we have to have de big bwoys trot out in de full regalia and look like utter and complete imbeciles  tryin' to do PR wuk instead of Police wuk.

carte-blanche (free engraving too) to do what dey want because empty vessel does make de most noise, so once dey put a lil someting in de Chamber Pots all go be well.

Dat incident wid Inshan Ishmael go be a major embarrassment fuh de Gov't...even if yuh feel dat he is jes a nex nuttin-at-all cockroach dat only seekin' publicity fuh he furrin' used business, is why yuh feel yuh have to use a nuclear powered pile
driver to crush him?
If Inshan heself did write de script dat playout over de last few days,  he coulda never get it so right de fus' time - even Hollywood best scriptwriters bong to mus' woulda have a couple or three re-writes before dey was satisfied.

An' to top it off, is Hosay time too...I ent know if Inshan is Shi'ite or Sunni, but I know yuh doh do tings like dat at dis time...all dey had was to do is ignore him fuh de while an' if dey feel he doin' wrong gather de evidence then drop de full weight of

BACKCHAT: Issue 04

I wish someone would hear you because I think you've just hit the nail on the head. The
entire public service structure need to be reviewed so that the persons trained to do
specific things could focus on their areas of competence. You would think that is as
simple as ABC. When I want to fix my car I take it to the mechanic not the doubles
vendor.

So who is going to recognise that the structure is all wrong? Someone did at the
judiciary - which is why they appointed a courts administrator in Christie Morris
Alleyne who did a marvelous job. Maybe they can second (or appoint or hire, I
don't know what the correct term would be) Ms Morris Alleyne to help structure the
police service so the men trained to detect and fight crime will focus on their areas
of expertise, and she can help them put managers and administrators in place to
look after the budgets and buildings. You think?
